It is very important to listen to the instructions the doctors and staff give you, so that your treatment can be a success.
 

 

 

What To Eat:

While it is impossible to create an exhaustive list, here are some of the foods that are:

(A) all right to eat while you are wearing your orthodontic appliances

(B) possibly O.K. when eaten with caution

(C) outright no-no's  

 

(A) FOODS

Meats and Cheeses:


 

(B) FOODS

Make sure harder foods are cut into manageable bite sizes before eating!

Watch out for sweet foods because you're at higher risk for cavities with appliances on your teeth!

Remember that dark liquids and foods stain your teeth and light-colored appliance ties.
